DevOps as Corporate Culture for the Digital Transformation

DevOps is one of these “fashionable” concepts that everyone is talking about and everyone seems to have an opinion. But what is DevOps really? The definition of DevOps is commonly accepted as the application of techniques and tools by system operators and infrastructures to create a continuous flow of activity (integration, testing and deployment) between development teams and operations. However, this is a very partial and biased view of what DevOps really is.

Aimed at: Executive Directors (CEOs) who seek to understand how to better organise their companies facing the challenge of Digital Transformation. Executive directors in charge of defining digital business strategies (CDOs, CMOs). Sales force involved in the sale of digital services or products. Product Managers (Product Managers). SW development directors. HR staff that must identify Agile skills and abilities when defining new jobs in the organisation.
